Cuervo wanted to create a campaign that would support bar and restaurant staff on one of their busiest days of the year, Cinco de Mayo. Since we couldn’t legally (or practically) get out there and tip every bartender in America, we Venmo’d thousands of people tip money and asked them to Tip It Forward. And since there was no way to force them to tip with the money, we created a spot that would playfully guilt trip them into doing it.
